Mindfulness Program
Customized mindfulness programs specifically designed for universities and companies that aim to promote mental and emotional well-being among their students, faculty, or employees.
These programs include practical mindfulness sessions, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and educational workshops on stress management and mindfulness.
With years of experience working as part of management teams at the corporate level and balancing my own studies alongside work, I deeply understand the challenges that come with juggling professional responsibilities and academic demands. This personal insight allows me to create programs that are not only effective but also empathetic to the unique pressures faced in both academic and corporate environments.

Self-development Retreat
With a background as a certified yoga teacher for over six years and extensive experience in psychological practice, I bring a unique and holistic approach to wellness. My method integrates psychoeducation, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support participants in building resilience, understanding and embracing their emotions, and aligning their actions with their deepest values.
I design and lead retreat programs with a focus on interactive and immersive experiences. Each retreat includes carefully curated workshops on emotional management, group therapy sessions centered around practical exercises, and mindfulness practices—all purposefully aligned with the retreat’s core goals to foster both mental and physical well-being.
My ultimate aim is to help participants reach a state of flow, where they feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges and fully engage in what truly matters. This holistic and experience-driven approach makes my services distinctive, offering participants tools for meaningful growth and resilience.
