About Me

Hi, I’m a passionate psychologist with a unique journey that shapes how I approach therapy. After 15 years in high-level management in the retail industry, I followed my calling and transitioned into psychology, bringing with me valuable insights from the corporate world. For the past 7 years, I’ve also been a yoga instructor, weaving the connection between mind and body into my practice.

As an expat who has lived in different countries and traveled solo, I deeply understand the challenges of adapting to new environments and building a sense of belonging. These experiences have taught me resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of connection—lessons I integrate into my work.

I’m here to support you, whether you’re navigating the mental health challenges of expat life, the unique pressures of being a digital nomad, or simply seeking clarity and growth. Registered in the Spanish Institute for Psychologists, called COP, number CV19055, my approach is Rooted in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and positive psychology interventions, tailored to help you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.
